Meet the Irvine Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Irvine
Servo Garage Doors Irvine is run by people who actually live near the neighborhoods they service, from Woodbridge to Quail Hill to Northwood. We’re not a rotating cast of subs. The crew you see on a Tuesday in Turtle Rock is likely the same crew you’ll see next year when it’s time for new rollers or an opener swap. Every technician carries the same tools, the same documentation system, and the same rule that has defined us since 2015: a written price before any work starts, and a photo record when the job is done. That standard is The Haven Standard, and it’s enforced by the person answering your call to the person tightening the last bolt.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus started the shop in 2015 after spending enough afternoons watching customers get quoted one number on the phone and a different number at the door. That’s why Clause 1 of The Haven Standard, the written-price-first rule, is non-negotiable under his watch. He still climbs under openers at least twice a week, mostly on second-opinion calls where a homeowner brings in a competing written estimate and wants an honest read. Marcus will tell you what he found before he tells you what it costs, because that’s the order that makes sense to him. He follows the Dodgers with a level of patience that surprises no one who has watched him wait out a stubborn torsion spring. His name goes on every warranty page that leaves the office.
Daniel R., Lead Technician
Daniel has eleven years in the trade and specializes in torsion spring replacement and high-cycle spring upgrades, which is the repair we do most often across Irvine’s older tract homes in University Park and the Ranch. He carries LiftMaster and Chamberlain logic boards and trolley carriages on the truck because he hates making a second trip for a part he already knew was failing. Daniel is the one who will crouch next to your opener, show you the cracked gear on his phone before anything is quoted, and walk you through exactly the photo record you’ll receive when he leaves. Off the clock, he rebuilds old Honda motorcycles in a garage that has, fittingly, a very reliable door.
Sofia M., Senior Installer
Sofia leads our full-door installation and replacement work across Irvine, including new construction builds in the Great Park neighborhoods and panel replacements in Deerfield and El Camino Real. She has factory training certifications from Clopay and Amarr and has installed every major brand we service, including Wayne Dalton and Raynor, which matters when a homeowner wants a specific look or a specific insulation rating. Sofia measures twice and writes the scope in plain sentences: door size, panel material, spring spec, time required, and the flat price. That scope goes to you before any material is ordered. She recently taught her nephew how to re-cable a single-car door and now fields weekly questions about whether garage doors qualify as “a fun weekend project.” They do not.
Priya K., Service Coordinator
Priya is the voice on the phone at 6 a.m. and at 11 p.m., because real dispatch coverage doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. She routes emergency calls to the technician on duty, sends the on-the-way text with the technician’s name, and makes sure the written price and scope are logged before the van even leaves the shop. Priya knows the Irvine map cold and can usually tell you whether a Woodbridge garage is reachable in twelve minutes or twenty based on school traffic alone. Before joining the team, she ran scheduling for a commercial appliance repair outfit, which is where she learned that the fastest way to calm an anxious caller is to give them a named technician and a real arrival window. She will never say “we’ll get back to you.” She asks for the cross street and gives you an answer.
One Standard, Every Job

The Irvine crew is part of a larger network of independently owned and operated home-service brands working to The Haven Standard, and that standard travels with every van. Clause 1 means the flat, written price and written scope come before work starts, every time, with no exceptions for “small jobs.” Clause 4 is the photo record: the technician documents what they found, shows you the failed part, and leaves you with evidence of the completed work before they drive away. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is Clause 6, and it applies to every repair, installation, and opener job we complete in the city. What ties this team together isn’t a franchise manual, because we’re not one. It’s the simple shared understanding that a customer who sees the broken part and sees the written price is a customer who doesn’t have to worry about what happens when the truck pulls away. Daniel, Sofia, Priya, and Marcus all carry that same clipboard, figuratively speaking, on every call from Quail Hill to Westpark.
